Yahoo 360 degrees is one of Yahoo's failed attempts to gain a spots with the social media market. Its history was short-lived and didn't had that much appeal among the pool of yahoo users. Like what most social networks do, 360 enabled its users to create personal pages to share photos, blog, and list things, a friends update section. It was born 5 years ago, and after 3 years, Yahoo decided to stop developing the service until they finally decided it demise on July last year. Link: Yahoo360; General

I started an on-line course in HTML, but after reading this, should I rather be learning XHTML, what do you guys think ? Will it make any difference in the long run ? I do understand about the closing thingies, but if you make sure you use the closing commands in HTML should that not be OK. Does XHTML prompt you to remember to use the closing coding or what is the difference, what makes XHTML safer ?Link: [link]
